why airports immigration have predominantly males sitting on desk and they are not friendly either esp in IGIA. why dont we recruit young people with a focus on customer service. The way these people treat our own people coming from outside is just pathetic. Need to improve is Customer Experience across various touch points on airport. another one is the moment we land at any Indian airport we get this unique smell of cleaning the floors (its phenoyl). Nowhere in world at airports we get this

Could we please fix the immmgration declaeration form we have to fill in when we come back to India. Amount of detail is just unnecessary and allowances for jewellery is a mockery. I know that many of us Indians who are abroad would like to gain Indian Citizenship again. The govt should allow us to apply for citizenship with two immigration cards merging, i hope people of Indian origin should be given an option to have Dual Citizenship. This will encourage more investment in India in every sector. India gets the highest Remittance in the world. If people are given citizenship again they will invest more and more.

Please make Immigration and customs department corruption proof. especially in Mumbai and Hyderabad airports, custom dept charge travelers even for there personnel items, eg: office laptop,cellphone, tablets which are personal and some office use. There is no proper guidelines. Please make customs dept corruption free.

Immigration charges for indian is much higher compare to Chinese, although both countries are almost equally involved in the development of Mozambique, but Chinese government have conditions to facilitate their citizen but so far there is no help from our government for Indian citizen, I request the indian government to put constant check on indian embassy staff, they are to help us, to orient us properly and to attend us with patience which they lack, and there should be normal working hours..

I am from Mozambique, I live in Nacala-Port almost 2500km away from the indian embassy and for renewing my passport they asked me either have to go personal at the time of submitting or collecting the passport.now the person who earns 400-500Usd have to spend 500usd for the tickets from nacala to Maputo excluding accomadation at the time of form submitting they ask for the mobile number...why don't they confirm it via mobile & can give it to the person sent by the owner to save 1000+Usd

Newly born Girl Burned inside labour room of KMC Kanpur due to Doctors negligence Inspite of written acceptance from Hospital that "Child got burned inside labour room in front of Rod Heater" after 8 years there is no action against culprits. Justice got HOLD by culprits with help of Local police , Medical Deptt and medical council . Dear PM Person on Govt. designated positions like DIG, DM, CP etc, elected member - MLA, MP often attend "religious gathering" or "KATHAA". Their designations are announced when they are called on a stage for Swaagat of Saint/Dharma guru. Mostly they touch feet of Saint to take Aashirwaad. This type of photos and videos, later are used to influence/control other people. A guideline should be strictly enforced that their designations can’t be announced/used when they are not on an official duty.
