How can we retain our soft power in the global comity of nations?

As UGC and HRD ministry is trying to take expert advice regarding eligibility of university teacher or Assistant Professor. As many state agency are conducting SET/SLET under the supervision of UGC new delhi, Indian government must consider SET/SLET equal to UGC NET for all state and central University, because SET is also being conducted under supervision of UGC. SET must be exempted from UGC NET and must be treated equal to UGC NET everywhere in India.

As per my previous post, I want to say that high court changed decision of haryana govt.regarding eligibility on the basis of caste system. Eligibility should be same. UGC NET exam make studens eligible only, UGC is not providing Job to students. How can caste system take place to decide eligibility of a candidate. Respected decision makers, take this problem seriously and think about the student who scored high approximately 8 percent more than others who get eligible certificate.

students are being discriminated in UGC NET,which is conducted by CBSE and UGC. one person who is scoring high is not eligible according to UGC and CBSE, rather who is scoring less, the same is eligible to teach in University and degree college because of caste. One student who belong to general category, after getting 62 percent in net exam is not eligible but who belong to SC and OBC they scored 54 and 56 percent respectively and they are eligible to teach in University.Very bad situation.
