Subject Like Science, Maths & Technology must be taught application based with real life examples. There is so much to learn understand, innovate, apply. I believe that it is mandatory to have a scientific aptitude which is based on facts.
Science & Maths are a world in itself.

Introduction of new courses in Maths and science cannot solve the present problem. Nowadays school needs moral values, original methods, introduction of fair examination, evaluation systems like 10% of questions be solved by own. But, everyone needs immediate outputs either by a parents side or by the Govt. They seek improvement atonce. Remember education is an investment. It takes minimum time of 10 years to yield better output after introduction of new concept in education.

So Please introduce "Etymology" via NCERT,AICTE and teacher training becoz it'll help student understand & apply concepts well and innovate.
It is very important to understand that Etymology is a completely scientific and logical subject which is absolutely necessary for holistic organic and living educational system and bright future of this great country.
It will bring scientific temper and quest for knowledge in students. It will enhance linguistics and basic knowledge to handle things.

Finally after my last two posts on reasons and benefits of introducing "Etymology" in Indian Education System respectively, this post is on its importance.
1. All top Universities globally use Etymology to enhance research in various fields because language understanding helps user friendly application development.
2. Ancient Indian Education had a completely scientific subject called "NIRUKTA" which dealt with origin of words to help better understand maths, science, geography, philosophy, etc.
