The education system in the 21st century must promote innovation while revamping the traditional educational system. The need for quality improvement in the curriculum and the desire to equip students with 21st century competencies has brought innovation at the core of the educational ecosystem. Hence, school culture that support innovation should be developed and encouraged extensively. The National Education Policy 2020 has a big focus on innovation as a tool for revamping the educational system.

In view of this, CBSE along with the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell has developed guidelines for schools for promotion of Innovation and Entrepreneurial skills in students, titled ‘National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Promotion Policy (NIEPP)’. The policy guides school education systems on various measures that may be adopted to promote a learning environment where creativity, ideation, innovation, problem solving and entrepreneurship skills of students are nurtured, irrespective of their age.

Quality in education can only achieve if students have focus on learning rather acquiring information to fetch marks only. Students should apply their knowledge on daily basis and connect to it real world for their holistic development. Our vocational and skill education sector is only 5% this has to be increase. Let me share an example with you, that I read in the newspaper. A well qualified mechanical engineer graduate don't know how to rectify a simple fan machine. His mother shocked after paying huge amount of fees, he unable to open a simple fan machine. Guyz this is the harsh reality of our education system. We only worried about theoretical portion and lack of practical knowledge leads to failure. Start focusing on resourceful learning for better career opportunities an individual should develop divergent and critically thinking to generate various employment opportunities.

Please make some rule to control the medical college post graduate admission in our country. Every year middle class students and parents face a lot of difficulties in this admission process. Even after joining the courses already allotted by the government authorised body, it is getting cacelled, may be due to some court order due to some reason . Please make the admission counselling under one roof, may be All India to avoid unnecessary uncertainty in medical college admission.
