Dear hounourable Prime Minister Ji, I start with a major announcement that my 3 yr old daughter is ur biggest fan, if we asked her parents name, she always took ur name (MODI) .Felt so proud of her as u r real Godfather figure for us, we live in jammu , lastly visited to srinagar with kids. I must say Srinagar is the most safest place on earth now, All thanks to you. I want to mention here we visited Doodhpattri in srinagar, people call it mini switzerland. No doubt that place was amazing but i want to share an incidence, when we entered, it started rainning and we were stuck in traffic. As we were with kids, they got impaitent in car so we thought to take them out with umberelas. It was whole muddy and i got slipped on road was carrying my daughter , we both fell down badly and a car nearer to us came towards us as its tyre got sliiped. So from inches God saved our life.I realised their should be train route for doodhpattri, so that people parked their vehicles and take train ride.

Sir, I would like to inform you that Dr.S.C. Dash, I/c CDM & PHO, Bargarh,Odisha now working as ADPHO (VVD), Bargarh has issued appointment/engagement orders to more than 20 nos. staff at Blood Unit, Bargarh neither any advertisement nor any instructions from higher authorities without observing Orissa Reservation of Vacancies in Posts and Services (for SC &ST Act, 1975. He also issued transfer orders illegally as per his sweet will without any recommendation of the District Transfer Committee. It is the prayer of my inner heart to save the Health Care Service in the greater interest of public service from the Officers/Nodal Officer/Ministerial staff concerned those involved in the above appointment /engagement and transfer order. Hence, you are requested to look into the matter personally and if the above facts are found to be illegal, action may be initiated against the Officers and staff those are involved in the appointment. Yours faithfully, Kshirasindhu Behera, Ex-Serviceman

Subject: Advancing Governance: Proposal for Decentralized Government Setup. I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to propose an innovative concept that has the potential to significantly enhance the efficiency, resilience, and accessibility of our government's operations. The idea revolves around creating a new parliament building with distributed offices in major cities, linked by high-speed broadband internet, and enabling ministers with portfolios to set up offices in their respective constituencies. Advantages of the Proposed Decentralized Government Setup: 1. Disaster Resilience: By establishing distributed offices, we can safeguard against natural disasters. In the unfortunate event of one location being affected, due to earthquake, fire, sabotage, floods, civil unrest etc… the other offices can continue functioning, ensuring the government's uninterrupted operations. At our country there are many old /aged parents are living with their son-in-law. Insurance are covered for parents of son and not for in-law parents. This is a huge burden to the Indian family. On one hand we encourage BETI BACHAO scheme and on the other hand our system does not encourage indirectly. Request to consider parent-in-law also as a parent in the Insurance Scheme. Request government to look into this request. Jai hind.
