Higher education (PhD,ME,etc) is a big blunder in India but the approach towards such things is “जानते सब है, मगर बताते कोई नहीं। " Is higher education in India helps to survive a person? Definitely A BIG NO. I'm also pursuing PhD but still not having a single paper still spent 7 years because guide is not updated and living in his past publications. I think, he is doing time pass only. Even this is not only mine story, some guides in govt. university gives their kitchen work to students. In comparison to this, so many students are not getting PhD still 11 years, etc. In comparison to this, my junior were joined PhD in Germany and he got PhD degree in 4 years. So I think, UGC needs to direct uni. guides properly and should make pressure on them to not waste student's time. If any guide is not able to publish a research paper with his student within 2 years, he/she should be fired from their job. This is strongly required to save students life, time and earnings.

Respected honorable prime minister modiji I'm vishnulal, born Trivandrum, currently staying in ernakulam. Working in air india express since 2016. I'm son of divorced mother and elder brother of divorced sister. Im touching your feet as anugraha and stating my suggestion. •Every houses in Kerala got minimum 2 vehicles in Kerala. I like to bring up with one tree is compulsory per home. If 2 vehicles 2 TREES MUST IN THEIR HOME. This can help to raise oxygen content, cool shelter from hot sun. In 2 vehicle holder have more than 2trees then encourage from govt as subsidies for cooking gas etc or it can be counted as points with these points leverages for tax or consumer products. • Kerala is very corrupted, IT COULD BE BETTER IF GOVT PROVIDES POINTS TO PERSON WHO CATCHES A CRIME OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. These points can be added in aadar card for every individual. Points are based on seriousness of particular crime. For police more the points he/she earn faster promotion

Comparing our nation to other highly developed nations, our educational system consistently performs better. However, the majority of faculty job postings are the result of recruitment drives by the specific state public service commission. I would like to highlight, while respecting all democratic rights that, political influences are strong in such systems. This is evident when examining the quality of many existing teaching staffs. The number of postings are made by pulling back top talent from the nation's elite institutions, including various IISERs, IISc, IITs, AIMS, NITs, and IIITs. Why could the candidates based on quality be given a preference or bonus marks to aid them in obtaining positions? I'm hoping that the centre will take this seriously in order to raise the quality of education.

I am delighted to see that the government has adopted policies to improve the lives of women and girl children by funding, scholarships, and fellowships to help them stand on their own feet. I want to draw attention to one more problem that our society's single girl children suffer in this situation. Since they are a single girl, their parents are their only source of support. These girls compete in the job market with everyone else even after obtaining a high level of education.  Many people decide not to attend the opportunity since they have little chance of being chosen because of the fierce competition and male predominance in technical positions. The money female earn will give them a strong foundation for their family life following marriage, since the single child have no other support in late period. Therefore, kindly treat this as a serious issue and find a realistic solution. I'm hoping that eventually, there will be positions for single girls in organizations.

I suggest instead of spending million dollars to purchase of crude oil, my suggestion is to spend those dollars to construct Hybrid solar plants of atleast 1MW of power in each and every state in India, so that we can reduce the import of crude oil for India and by using solar we can have more electricity power where we can use for vehicles, housing etc. And alternatively it helps reducing the import of coal as well. Thank you.

Dear all, I'm not a very important person sir. But I would like to offer A big salute to all your good works. October 10 is 'World Mental Health Day'. Green color symbolises support to the cause of mental health for all. I request you so to wear green on Monday the 10th of October. I know it might sound silly but this will be a moral support for all the families who are burdened by the mental health issues and will help to mitigate stigma to an extent. Humbly requesting your response for the same. Thanking you all from deep within. Yours sincerely Syjo Davis

This is regarding Solar PV Power farms. With the current approach, 1. We are not using the land 2. Land is shaded from the sunlight and heat ...One doesn't know how this will affect in the long run The attached folio is self explanatory on how we can use both the land / or water ( Lakes and other water storage - evaporation can be minimised) etc.
