Modify the Indian educational policy

I have a suggestion to make., in job and educational applications there shall be a category for people who do not believe in Caste or Creed or Religion affiliate. The category may be christened as 'Indian', no reservations applicable for this category. This category may be used by folks who are eligible but do not want to avail the reservation system. Need to drive the country ahead of times, there are many generations who may have enjoyed the fruits of reservations and some of them wouldn't like to call themselves as backward any longer. Respected sir, Please issue directions to concerned authority for transfer amount of ration cost to direct in relief catagory by this prectice government can save handsome amount which spend on transport, warehouse, and curruption more over every relief holder can purchase from nearby market as per his/her choice.... moreover this system also spares officer and staff those on deputation to CAPD department s ........ I am an expert in oncology committee in CDSCO, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India. I see that oncology drugs which are entering market are mostly treated as unmet need with orphan drug status as cancer as a disease is always treated as rare by definition. They get waiver in trial. They do not even require dose finding study though Indian are different and they need different and lower dose. So doctors use international dose which produces more toxicity with less efficacy (1). Thus Indians are spending more money to use more drug which are so costly and toxic as well. The law should be changed to accommodate this scientific fact. Reference 1. Chinmoy K. I recommend for there to be a ease in transportation for the tourists and religious places, such as the ' har ki Pauri in haridwar ' , ' Delhi attractions ' , ' Agra ' , etc. So as to increase the number of visitors, resulting in the increased revenue and recognition of the area. There would be some difficulties, but I believe our current government is able to live up to this challenge. Hoping for the government to take actions regarding toh this matter.
