Central Vista Project is a boon for Delhites. Unfortunately, it is already falling apart. Some suggestions: 1. Some responsible officer should visit periodically to see what is going wrong already. 2. Put signages to inform whom to contact to lodge a complaint. Also advising public that walking on grass, plucking of flowers, cycling/driving motor cycles on paved pathways, etc. is prohibited. 3. Police, security & other staff employed in upkeep of the place claim to have exemption from all the above points mentioned in (2) above. If that be so, it should also be displayed. 4. Unauthorised hawkers should be prevented from freely selling in the area. 5. Water in the waterways has already stated gathering algae. Proper cleaning should be ensured.

There should be no TDS for senior citizens on bank deposits and all such income as gets captured on F26AS. Such income cannot be evaded. Besides, getting refund even under the new computerised processing is a challenge.
