Dear Modiji, I want to suggest an incentive-linked rating system for public-facing government officers where citizens approaching these officers should be able to publicly or anonymously indicate their level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with respect to the service received (or not received). As a business owner, I work close to 20 hours every day but I'm still struggling because of inaction and lack of accountability by government officials. In stark contrast, these officials work only specific hours, enjoy every single chai-break, lunch break, holiday, weekends and other government benefits and utterly disrespect the common man-the very purpose of their employment. A genuine interest to serve the countrymen should be one of the qualities that should be looked for while hiring these officers to important government positions. The common Indian citizen should not be treated like cattle in government offices. Instead, they should be treated with respect and dignity.

Dear Sir/madam, The swachchata abhiyaan has shown tremendous results. I appreciate the work that our local municipalities are doing in collecting the wastage from houses and insisting on people to separate the dry and wet waste. But, I think people still do not understand the importance of segregating the waste. So, to implement this better I suggest that the wet and dry wastes must be collected on different days… they can be alternated, meaning 3 days (mon, wed, fri) in a week wet waste is collected and 3 days (tue, thur, sat) for dry, that way people will have to follow segregation and will be easier for municipality workers who collect waste. Also, importance of waste segregation must be taught in schools and kids can have field trips to waste handling plants, or landfills to understand the impact on nature. Thank you 🙏

Our education policy is not good. We need to improve it. There are many schools in our locality, which are not recognised by any board . And they are not eligible for running a school . They have no proper staff to teach the students.

All the social media platforms are easy way to make cyber crime because of they're never asking about people's identity. any one can make fack account one or multiple but government should start a adhar card linked to all social media accounts other wise social media accounts will parmanent band and now one can make New account without adhar card with face authentication. it will result every one on social media platforms are real and in any condition government will easily find them. no of social media accounts will automatically deleted because of adhar with face authentication.

Dear Aadaniya PM Modiji, As a common Citizen , its important to have everyone equal in the eyes of law and also entailment's. So , in that context, every citizen works for their welfare of their family and country by and large. So keeping this in mind every citizen should be equally served in terms of Health, Pensions/ civil rights, weather we work for private/government Jobs. While Government servants are taken care by pensions/DA hikes, what about other citizens. Kindly either remove special status to government servants / or provide equal social benefits(freebies incl) to all Indian citizens. This also calls for equality by religions - Common civil code adherence irrespective of religions one follows.

Hello sir The need of the hour today globally is to protect our Mother Earth from global climate change. One most important step should be taken towards energy sources which is to choose renewable sources of energy like wind sun etc. There should be installations of sonar panels in all the villages so that they can use it in their agriculture activities which consume lots of electricity. Secondly there should be installation of sonar panels in government offices so as to inspire people to use more renewable energy sources. Last is earth is running out of drinking water so we should bring policies to ask people to install rainwater harvesting systems on their roofs of houses .

Government should spray waste decomposer developed by National Centre of Organic Farming (NCOF) frequently, where ever there is a free govt. land like land beside railways lines, green belts, unused campus lands of PSUs forest lands or where ever safe , this will rejuvinate soil organically.

Aadarniya PM Modiji, Dear Sir, The Entire Courts going awasy for weeks of Vacation, is complete disservice to the Indian Citizens. Kindly add policies mandating them to work round the year like any other Government departments. How can one digest their non transformation post independence, Citizens do not understand it. Moreover we feel its criminal to ignore service to citizens , they need to be equally responsible to clear the huge volume of pending cases and be more efficient in handling cases by introduction of Artificial intelligence for initial disposition of cases( its already incorporated in developing countries and found to be more accurate to provide judgements removing human error by Honorable Judges). Can the citizens have a dashboard to show efficiency of Judiciary ?, KPIS to show each and every judges performance parameters visible to citizens?. Also make them responsible to adopt Digital innovations( including AI or automatons) as one of primary parameter-account
