Respected Prime Minister Sir, This is second email which I am sending to you, I am encouraged to send you this e-mail due to the kind and early response I received from you the first time when you were h chief Minister of Gujarat. I am in the process of bringing in a technology to transform the electricity generation in India (all of the plant and machineries would be produced i India). In this project we install 50 to 100 kilowatt micro hydel generators on river banks. This can be expanded to any capacity and the first project is planned to be 1 megawatt (1000 kilowatt). There are lot of advantages of this technology. Dr Vivek Narayan Bhatnagar +91-9136213939

The major public departments collect feedback on completion and implementation of different Govt. Schemes from public representatives like PRI members, GP Presidents, Ward Members, Third Party etc by holding meetings at higher level which is on Govt. Cost. It can be monitor directly by receiving feedback from beneficiary Mobile No. Now a days Mobile No. is available with each household whether it belongs to any class. In this arena of evolving ideas and innovation of IT and E Communication Mobile No. can be used as primary beneficiary ID from which feedback/satisfaction of implementation of schemes can directly be received from beneficiary. When Govt. goes to apply such valuable projects as per needs of citizens of different areas of this country it is essential to directly interact with beneficiary by receiving direct feedback whether the household is benifitted from the scheme or not by sending otp and by receiving stars. It is my opinion to the Govt.

Respected team, Date: 10 October 2022 I think development is very important for any society apart from growth. Education:Teachers should be 100% engaged in teaching, by freeing them from other things viz. Maintaining MDM registers etc. and appointing a “clerical staff” in schools like private school does( will generate employment too and lead to more growth) Health: Doctors should be given some incentive for serving in Rural PHCs such as EXTRA MARKS in NEET PG. This can be game changer. Local Government: The representatives at local level should be made more accountable and bestowing them with more function (29), this would sufficiently reduce the burden On our Respected MLAs and MPs. Citizen charter: The public offices must have a well elaborated CC. And grievance redressal mechanism should be made more effective. And lastly Social Audit should be done, and awareness among citizens regarding their duties and the government schemes will be the icing on the cake.

Respected Sir, As I was written a long time ago about “PM Employment” through National Apprenticeship Training Scheme at Govt sector and private sector Company is required your personal counsel with the NSDC. Sir, we have prepared three separate Account on “Shram Suvidha Portal”(Ministry of Labour and Employment Govt of India) That is for 1. Govt sector company 2. Govt Financial Institution (Bank) & 3. Private Sector Company. Sir, Currently many private company is engaging apprentice under ‘NAPS & Non-NAPS” Scheme but they don’t have “Examiner Identity” granted from the DGT /NCVET to organize “Trade Testing” for Trade Apprentice. Sir, we have an idea that , each private company who want to engage Apprentice will have to be attached with Govt Sector Company under the “NSDC Apprenticeship Portal” . It will be the Examiner responsibility to keep the data of Total Employment provided under the “PM Employment Scheme”. Yours’ Sincerely, Ravi Kumar

Sir It is generally seen that the after sales service of companies selling consumer products are far from satisfactory. The only avenue for consumers to get their complaints redressed is a customercare number, which is not at all helpful. Not only this, in case the customer intends to speak to someone senior no details are provided by the customercare executives and the consumer is left high and dry. To mitigate the large number of customers I would like to submit the following suggestion: Along with every product a user manual must be provided to the customer. The manual must contain the website details of the company and the name and full contact details of a senior official of the company to act as a Nodal Officer for public grievance of consumers in the event of a complaint not being resolved by say 48 hours. The Ministry of Consumer Affairs should have a cell headed by a senior officer to monitor consumer complaints. The contact information of this should be widely publicized.
