Alternate arrangements to hold POLITICAL RALLYS/ ELECTION RALLYS: In the new digital era the Election rallys can be held digitally. Mode of conduct of rally: The people's representative/party candidate of that particular constituency can arrange for Digital display of Rally which is to be held. The person who will be addressing can be at party head quarters for delivery of speech. It is the responsibility of that area's District Collectorate / Police IG/DIG/Commissioner to ensure proper law & order etc so that all over it can be digitally broadcasted. If required common area can have such display facility in local areas. This will save lot of money involved in conducting physical rallys. Govt can work out proper model in these lines.

Rationalisation of Petrol/Diesel Price: Petrol & Diesel price is very high in India. To benefit lower class & Lower middle class ( Economically), there can be slab in rate/price payable to buy these fuels. e.g.: one person's monthly consumption is less than 10 litres. Then it can be priced lower. Likewise, slabwise price can be made. However it shall be ,linked to ID card of that particular citizen. of India. The vehicle purchase details shall be linked to ID at the time of purchase, Relative measures shall be imposed by working out strict measures. It shall also be linked to capacity wise of vehicles. This will benefit economically lower class of people, also can restrict driving high capacity vehicles causing traffic jams etc in the days to come.

Improving Education Standard at Govt School: The Teachers appointment in Most of the Govt Schools are to be competative. The salary, School environment, Work decipline, infrastructure etc all to be standardised in such a manner that it shall above than that of Pvt schools. Then teachers preference of job shall be on priority above IT /Bank job. Consequently most of the students will prefer to study at Govt schools. Govt can plan what education standard shall be imposed so that children will learn new innovative ideas resulting in National development, will be in fast track mode starting at lower educational level itself.

Dear Prime Minister My suggestion is to convert all Land records into GPS coordinates and store with Google links to actual sites. We thus get accurate land details for both homes and land in India. The existing digitized land records can be the starting point - any overlap or duplicates can be easily detected and sent back to Regional office for redress. All sales will be reflected in history of the land. [ splits, mergers , sale , constructed etc.] . This will make all activities transparent and prevent land mafia from usurping land. Owners will be notified if any activities are being done behind their back.
