(Around 12.3 billion sanitary napkins, amounting to 113,000 tonnes of waste, reached India's landfills every year, according to a new study. Improper disposal and non-segregation from household waste leads to unhygienic working condition for waste workers, the report said.)

the main materials are usually bleached rayon (cellulose made from wood pulp), cotton and plastics. In addition, fragrance and antibacterial agents can be included.

There are many alter natives of sanitary napkin available ( there is pad made with cloth which we can reuse, there is menstrutional cup, tampon but still some women/girls are afraid to use it.
For which I have an idea

1. Pass it through water via turbine we can wash it which need energy ofcourse but we can also generate electricity via water energy.
2. After that we can pass it through squezzers
3. Now we have partially cleaned napkin
4. Now we have segregate the inner cotton layer from plastic coveri

Sir, Pl have Sanskritik programs at Temple premises of Shiva, Rama at Varanasi, Ayodhya, Somanath Temple and many other Major temples located in and around India and around the globe at least once a month or once every fortnight.
The programmes could include public participation in 1) Recitation of Vishnu Saharanaama 2) Bharat natyam dance programms 3) Recitals of Bhajans in Indian local languages. 4) Rangoli designs 5) Paintings of Gods and Godesses. 5) Drama depicting Devi killing Mahishasur and other demons as depicted in Mahatmyam or Devi Saptashati. 6) Rama Leela. 7) Music using Classical instruments such as veena, Sitar, Shehnai etc.

If cash prizes are kept for such events, this would help our temples to become birth place of art, dramas and also help the ancient traditions of art, drama, paintings, Classical music to flourish and also bring in Tourists to visit such events.

Thank you,

Yours faithfully,

shivkumar bhatia.

Real estate sector in India needs to be streamlined.
Every land in India must be assigned Land Unique ID(LUID).
LUID must contain information such as Document ID,Address,Sq ft,GPS co-ordinates
LUID must be linked with adhaar of individual. During buy & sell both the buyer & seller must authenticate using adhaar biometric so that forged transaction can be avoided. The LUID will be transferred to the buyer during the transaction and removed from seller account.
The LUID linked with adhaar can be held in registrar systems.
The LUID can be provided with option to held in demat form upon client request.
This improves tax collection, prevents forged transactions and brings more transparency in the process.

De-colonise Toilets/ Washrooms in all Government offices in the country.
Congrats India for decolonising the Rajpath area in central Delhi, it is time to de-colonise all govt. offices in the country by ordering all IAS officers in the country not to have personal toilets of their own in govt. offices.
It is well known practice in almost all govt offices in the country that senior officers have their own personal toilets inside their office room/cabin. This was the practice inherited from Britishers where govt. offices were designed in such a way that officers above certain rank are provided separate toilets. Since the officers have their own personal toilet, general toilets used by public and other line staff members is pathetically maintained. This adds up to the pathetic experience of citizens when they visit any govt. office in the country. Whereas, this is not the practice in corporate setup where CEOs and Janitors share the same toilet, hence well maintained. so pls de-colonise.

Respected sir, My friend got an idea to curb the black money and the cash menace. He wanted to share it with you. On his behalf I am posting his idea.
His idea is that what if we have a currency which comes with expiry date?, in that way people who hoard black money will have to use it or bring it to the bank to change and slowly the cash menace would be subdue.
This is just an idea, but if talented people work on this idea it could be a great thing to implement.

Thanks

Sir,
NMC had proposed an OM in February 2022 for the implementation of fees in 50% of seats in private medical colleges and deemed universities to be in par with the fees of govt MCs of the respective states. This OM is to benefit meritorious students belonging to middle-class families and other economically backward sections of the society who just miss their opportunity of studying in govt MCs by difference of a few marks. As everybody knows, NEET is a highly competitive exam and sincere aspirants preparing for it turn their nights into days in order to get the best results out of it. It is a dream of each aspirant to secure admission in govt MCs. Unfortunately, the hardwork of many students goes in vain even after securing decent marks in the exam due to lesser availability of govt seats. If the NMC rule is implemented, it could benefit so many meritorious students and thereby break the financial barrier restricting them. Requesting you to intervene in this matter at the earliest.

Respected Prime Minister, we have an idea so that by connecting more than one crore farmers in our country, their income will increase from 4 times to 5 times and more than one crore jobs will be created in our country.

Dear Modiji, this is regarding 'freedom of speech' in our country. While we all believe that every citizen should be free to voice his or her opinion, we should draw a line between voicing an opinion, criticizing and abusing. We often get to see politicians abusing people in constitutional positions and they spare no one. These people have abused the President of India, The Prime Minister, The Governor and they did not even spare the former CDS (Shri Bipin Rawat). Such abusive comments against any constitutional authority should be considered a serious & non-bailable offence and the offender should be punished, no matter who it is. We, as a nation should not tolerate abusive behaviour any more. Of course, they are free to criticize.

only 3 lacs have income more than 50 lacs
- only 2200 declaring income more than 1 crore in our country.

So how to attract more people to pay income tax ?

Here are my few suggestions -

Till you reward those paying taxes with tangible benefits like
- free education for children
- free health
- discounts on land prices
- special treatment at airports (public places/
- reward them in public
- retirement benefits after 60 years of age
