My humble view to recast reservation system.
If it is made "only" on talent or financial weak and NOT on any caste /creed, it can change the future in a more bright way.
A oppose move may come but a solution is also handy.
If "All education/medical and other benefits/treatments are made mandatory for All political party leaders/Bureaucrats family to take "ONLY" under them, (eg in Govt. school/college/institutions and hospitals etc) can help in removing this so called vote bank politics.

समस्त देशवासियों को मेरा प्रणाम जोहार मैं बात कर रहा हूं बायो डायवर्सिटी की जैव विविधता बहुत ही गर्व के साथ सूचित कर रहा हूं भारत वर्ष पूरे विश्व के उन 15 देश में से एक है जहां सर्वाधिक जैव विविधता पाई जाती है चाय में बात कर लूं पूर्वी क्षेत्र की या दक्षिणी घाट की भारत मैं 34 हॉटस्पॉट क्षेत्र है 90 से ज्यादा राष्ट्रीय उद्यान है लेकिन फिर भी हम समस्त देशवासी कभी भी किसी प्राणी की आने वाली पीढ़ी के बारे में विचार नहीं किया आज विश्व की आधी स्पीशीज विलुप्त होने का खतरा पर बना हुआ है मनुष्य की बढ़ती आबादी प्राकृतिक संपदा का अत्यधिक दोहन विगत 20 वर्षों में 30 से ज्यादा स्पीशीज पृथ्वी से विलुप्त हो चुकी है वर्तमान कि मैं बात करूं तो पक्षियों की कुल संख्या का 12% के आसपास सभी अलग-अलग चरणों में विलुप्त होने का संकट उत्पन्न हो गया है हम सभी विश्व वासियों को इस पर विचार करना चाहिए माननीय अभिभावक प्रधानमंत्री जी से अनुरोध है इस पर दुनिया के सभी देशों के साथ बातचीत करने की आवश्यकता है जिस प्रकार पौधे की एक प्रजाति विलुप्त हो जाती है तो उन पर आश्रित जंतु भी विलुप्त हो जाते हैं धन्यवाद जोहार

Will India and world face drinking-water crisis in future ?
The answer is YES.

But, natural filtering of water through rocks exist. Saline water-plants are affordable near cities; but, it is not economically viable everywhere, considering large volume of demand for irrigation. In spite of knowing the problem, we unable to offer an alternative solution. Most of the ideas are restrictive (localized).

For solving a problem, we need to understand the scale first. I am considering minimum 100 km scale (e.g. Vadodara to Ahmadabad)

To explore the alternative(s), mini-scale multi-disciplinary project(s) need to be carried out.

We shall provide the pathway to water by natural filtering process.

If it succeed and render valid results after 3 years of mini-project closure, it will open an avenue. If not successful, we shall have water to filter. Win-win! Highly ambitious risky project (if done).
