Sir छोटे कस्बों में सड़कों के टेंडर, सफाई के टेंडर निकाले जाते है।पर बिना काम पूरा किया उनका पैसा पास कर दिया जाया है । और काम भी नही होता। मिली भगत से।सरकार ऐसे लोगो को रोकने के लिए काम सुरु होने से पहले 50 फोटो और शॉर्ट वीडियो अलग अलग ऐंगल से govt records में जमा करे ।फिर काम होने के बाद 50 फोटो वीडियो जमा करे ।उसके बाद govt अधिकारी की भी मिली भगत काम नही आ पाएगी।काम रिकॉर्ड मे साबित होने के बाद उसे फंड पास किया जाए। अगर लागत ज्यादा हैं तो तब भी इसी तरह डिवाइड करके पैसा दिया जाए ठेकेदार को । धन्यवाद।हमारे यहां ऐसा होता है इसलिए ये बहुत जरूरी है । जिससे भरस्ताचार खत्म हो।

The visible reason of cause for less contribution is lack of skilled people,although they are educated but the lack of skill prevent then from getting selected. And the people in government sectors,are not skilled to a appreciable level (in my opinion).Therefore,I urge you to increase the number of basic education camps for all section of people: those in gov sector,private sector as well as for the unemployed.By "basic education camps" I mean the camps that would bring a section of gov employees, who have got a good knowledge of their field ( for instance, the bankers ) to teach the basic of their work( here,online banking) to every reachable individual of our country,the pros and the cons,and every other necessary detail to every individual.The instructor should also try to make it interesting,the one who would himself volunteer to teach his work to other disciples.This would not only make the population skilled but would also increase the comfort in day to day activities. 

Sir, please include severe ichthyosis in the list of disability category list. The Ichthyosis are the neglected and forgotten lot in India. Ichthyosis are harassed, ostracized and shunned by the society. We don't get admission in schools, colleges, no jobs. Because of heavy scale buildup, we are chased away and treated like outcasts. WE are denied of basic human rights. Because of the severity of lamellar ichthyosis, our bodies fail to regulate temperature. This makes us highly susceptible ti heat and cold. Our vision, hearing, mobility and finger dexterity are affected leading to multiple disabilities. We depend on others for our daily sustenance. Please hear the plea of severe ICHTHYOSIS affected in India. The USA, The UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand all have listed Ichthyosis in severe disability category, and I have been begging for 40 yrs. I am the oldest survivor in Asia and Africa. I appeal to the honorable Govt to include Severe Ichthyosis in the Disability category list.

Take this seriously, government should allow infrastructure,fund and discount for mobile hardware manufacturers from India we build warships,vikas engine so definitely Indian youth have talent to make mobile hardware.most mobiles under make in India is simply sourced from china and assembled in India.We need local suppliers for mobile components and expand it to 100 percentage.most of the brand's like micromax and jio have substandard hardware this is the reason they fail Indian markets we need more Indian startup to compete with Chinese brand and emerging as global brand.We have world class automobile brands like tata,Mahindra,TVS..etc sadly no good mobile oem companies here.
