Promotion of judges shouldn't be based on current system which has bias. Instead advocates must be given points based on winning or losing case, by the judge who hears case, and based on total points accumulated, advocate can get qualification to be a judge. Similarly Judges should be given negative points based on whether their judgement is overturned by higher courts, by judge hearing in higher court, so that such judges don't get promotion easily.

I don't see the recent chopper crash, an accident at all! In our local language there is an adage - "doing yagna/homa in water" which implies, all the effort goes in vain. On one hand, we are increasing all aspects of military strength with utmost priority & now suddenly its chief himself is burnt down! To me it only seems intelligence failure / ignorance by the concerned authority. Sir, you may even delay the citizens' facilities, but please provide highest security to whoever in CDS role _/\_

Having created a new CDS role for Bharat in recent time, even for personal work, he needs to travel with highest security measures in place. I presume the concerned authorities should give enough serious thought about it
Also, even a ordinary corporate office has rules that says not more than two employees should travel in same airplane. Am referring to ground level ordinary employees, not top executives. Having said so, what should be the security measures for the defense staff !!
