India completed 75yrs of independence, now we are in AMRIT KAL. Our government is doing very good in removal of colonial rule symbol in India. I have noticed one important thing that should be removed or changed. MILITARY RANK STRUCTURE is the sign of colonial rule, here I noticed strict distinction between officer rank(provided to British officers) and other ranks(provided to Indians). Some cultures are still continue in military from colonial rule. Please do amendment in this. I am always ready to give suggestions.

Dear Prime Minister Sir, Vehicle Scrappage Policy launched in Apr'2023, wherein it has been made mandatory to put all govt. owned vehicles more than 15 years to scrap. I wish to add a suggestion for the private owned cars. As, the govt. of India is pressing upon to use green electric and ethanol based vehicles that has benefits to reduce pollution & make the environment more green and friendly. The govt. may propose to make a repository hub in all state capitals to surrender vehicles cars / bikes. Here the govt. may set up a mechanical team to transform all such vehicles to EV and ethanol based. The same vehicles may thereafter be taken for all quality assurance certificate by the specialized agency for fitness. The owner of the vehicle therefore have to wait for a minimal period and takeover the new sophisticated vehicle in fixed course of time with minimum expenditure as the entire program shall be govt. funded. Sir, I am Dr. Jagdish Markanday Retired sr. Citizen. In India every body has aright to lodge protest against govt policies. All agitations & protest should be peaceful without disturbing common nan. During CAA & farmers agitation against Krishi, roads were blocked for more than a year. for reasons well known. Roads remained blocked even after Supreme Court observations. In both cases huge funds were received from foreign countries & were supported by political parties .I suggest that there should be law that no body can block the roads & put common man to any inconvenience. It may be made nonbailable offence with two years imprisonment. Recently few people blocked the road in Kurukshetra in hot summers for political gains.. The tendency needs to be curbed with strong hand by strong law. pl. enact a strong laws to control it for ever
