My solemn request is to take these types of initiatives when we can confirm every citizen is well versed with usage of mobile phone correctly. So please take this into consideration. Some people can use other mobile illiterate's identity to do some mischief

Using Big data analytics to reduce crime in Delhi:
Delhi Police can map areas in Delhi according to the frequency of crimes and then give a colour coded map of intensity of crimes all around delhi.
If high intensity of crimes is concentrated in particular areas then we can provide extra security in that area and be already alert.
This can help us predict crime and provide better and efficient vigilance and reduce crimes considerably.

Consider this: only 11 per cent of the Fortune 500 companies from 1955 exist today, while the average time that companies stay in the top 500 has fallen from 75 years to 15. In this age of rapid change, those who lag behind become irrelevant – in a heartbeat. Countries whose governments grow old face the same fate as outdated companies. Their choice is simple: innovate, or become irrelevant.

Like paperless trading in stock exchanges , we can move towards digital passport services. It can be similar to credit card with photo identity with a chip as it is used in mobile to store the details of the individual and the stamping and all other tasks can be carried out electronically. This will help in reducing the time to validate the authenticity of the passport. Also help the people to report to the airport within an hour and no need to check-in 3 hours before.

Read news about applications for payment banks, happy to see that India post has also applied. Right now i am working for a project of UK Royal Mail group which went private a year ago and earning revenue with services apart from post, the major contributor of this growth is reachability to each and every countrymen. I would urge to provide an opportunity to INDIA Post to start banking services and it would definitely rejuvenate the digital india dream by wide reach and e banking facilities.

This is an absurd idea and can never be realized. One should not forget about the fact that mobiles can be stolen as much as SIM cards and IMEI nos. can be faked.
