Dearness Allowance - only to govt. and PSU employees.What about pvt company staff except IT firms. Previously slabs were in neutralization as 100%,75% & 50%. Need to introduce now in gov and psus to contain inflation.

Presently, nobody shoulder responsibility for the proper functioning or efficient operation of the respective office/department/unit and productivity is a far of cry. 1. All the Elected representatives (MP’s and MLA’s) shall declare his/her earnings/asset every quarterly so that Public is aware of his/her earnings. 2. All MP’s and MLA’s to publish their official expenses every month and there has to be a limitation on the expenditure 3. All those elected representatives who are non functionary and not designated as Ministers, shall also be assigned specific assignments in different states to assess various activities directly from the Ministry and co-ordinate

Good news - diesel price slashed. Now to ensure transport and subsequently industry sector at least pass on the benefit down the line till reaches common man - passenger and freight charges and consumer goods.

During my service in last 5 years in Government sector I have seen a lots of mismanagement system , which indirectly burden in our nation economy .There have a few no. of office employee or office Boss who/se used car for personal use rather than official use , and the expenditure of office car bill Rs. 600000/- P.A only for a single officer uses purpose , just imagine , if a single office can misuse this amount what will be the sum of a state or whole country.

My suggestion will be to plug the holes in the public delivery system (bribery) and also the this will help improve efficiency of all the processes which will in turn lead to better cash management.Electronic systems for tenders/contracts will make governance more transparent further reducing corruption in the system.Nepotism and favoritism must end.This is also help in improving output and keep the deficits in check.All these will certainly help in bringing more capital and reduce borowingcost
