SAVE ELECTRICITY - All government buildings / departments must be asked to switch over to LED lighting. The bulk order for all the departments ALL OVER INDIA must be given. This will be a huge order to kick start the MAKE IN INDIA mission for bulbs. Energy savings will result in lesser expenditures

energy saved is energy produced.likewise if we are able to save the money by reducing the wasteful expenditure in Government by avoiding misuse of facilities for private purposes. One of the biggest misused facility is use of govt cars or hired cars by officers even when they are getting good amount of Transport allowance.Large number of such cars may be seen in govt colonies. PS to ministers use this facility indiscriminately. All PSUs provide hired vehicles to govt officers who are administering these PSUs. Officers on Board of PSus are also provided such facilities at the cost to Govt exchequer. In case of dual charge to officers another car is requisitione so that the same can be used by their families. moreover average of govt cars is shown very low by drivers. Above facts wil show as to at what an enmormous cost these facilities area availed by officers with pride. but it is a shameful act. this misuse should be stopped ,imagine the enormous saving would be there for the Government.Put GPS on all Govt Cars to monitor there movement.Indiscriminate hiring of cara should be stopped because it is these vehicles which are misused. Monitor use of sucf vehicles if necessary to hire by way of IT machinery .

PPP model is becoming Public Paise in Private Pockets due to mishandling of approvals which give a better playing field to the private parties to mint money for indefinite period at the cost of citizens’ pocket. Such agreements need to be drafted with the help of Cost Accountants as the babus are ill-experienced to handle such things

Stadiums constructed during ASIAD and Common Wealth Games have become a big liability as crores of rupees are being spent on their maintenance land upkeep. These need to be utilised appropriately by players and for other functions on outsource basis so that the maintenance cost at least can be covered.
