We can use ISRO imaging satellite to find the underground water in drought hit Maharashtra. A part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fund can be utilized to dig deep tube wells to help farmers come out of this hopeless situation. Rain in this region have failed for many years. We may have to dig really deep to take out the water but it is the need of hour to make use of cultivable land. Though, farmers' loan deferment or waiver or other welfare measures may be considered additionally.

Traffic blocks holding up Ambulances requires urgent attention. A GPS tracking system for ambulances monitored by traffic police may partly solve this issue eg OLA Cab booking tracks and shows auto/cabs in vicinity for its customers.

Sir, One hand Govt want to create ease of Business atmosphere & other hand govt's various dept doing opposite. Latest example is CBDT...CBDT asking Tax payers to file Audit upto 30.09.2015 but CBDT uploaded required forms very late arnd 10.08.15....Forms should be available on site as early as 1.04.2015 & than 180 days for audit & now CBDT asking to complete whole work in less than 60 days....Is this Ease of Business Policy of CBDT ??
