Part 7 / 10: WHY INFORMATION KIOSK / SKILL DEVELOPMENT MODULE MACHINES, WHEN EVERYTHING IS FREELY AVAILABLE ON INTERNET?
True, lots of information modules on the above is already available in the domain, but NOT ALL CAN AFFORD TO WATCH THIS IN THE NET, IN A COUNTRY, WHERE INTERNET PENETRATION STILL ABSYMALLY LOW; Even if internet is available, not all can afford to have hi-speed broad band internet connection at their homes/or in their mobile phones to download/watch these modules, like ATMs.

Sir,
Thru this episode of Mann Ki Baat, I urge for the INTEGRATION OF DIGITAL INDIA WITH SKILL DEVELOPMENT FOR OUR RURAL AREA ; We have so many direct and indirect avenues for honing the skills of our youth in many areas, be it, urban or semi – urban area.
But we fare poorly in this regard in the rural domain, inspite of the fact that, there r lots of young talents around in the rural area too.
Detailed writeup on the same in 10 parts are uploaded herewith in d form of PDF copy encl.
