Dear Prime Minister,
There is a decline in our Education Standards in past years.

Introduction of semester system is also not a welcome idea. This should be removed.
The objective questions in Gujarat Board exam is also not a good idea. The curriculum must be revised. It should be as per standards of The Central Board.

The state Engineering colleges are large in number. Hence there are many students enrolled. This has deteriorated the quality of Engineers produced every year. Due to this there is unemployment in the public as well as private sectors. Due to large number of Engineers passing out every year, only a handful of them get employed. Rest are unemployed. Please ensure that the education system is upgraded. More private colleges does not necessarily mean quality education. The less the number, more quality, more employment. Recently, some of the students of Gujarat Technological University who had enrolled in Engineering colleges transferred their seats to BSc. thinking there are more opportunities in BSc. than Engineering. This should be changed. Seats should be increased in Government colleges.

Apart from this, Last year in AICTE , many MBA seats went vacant. So students who merely appeared for entrance exam got admitted. This has degrades the standard of Higher Education in India.
One more point to be noted. The youth are now diverting to other countries to settle down as they are not given opportunity in our country. So this is the basis of Education System change. When Education System changes, everything changes.
