Efforts done by ministry are very much appreciable. But the utmost need is to establish a link between the production and sale specially in foreign countries. Proper network is required to explore the markets and interests of the people and then to guide the small scale producers to produce the products of international standards.

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life. Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.

India can increase export of the woolens. For this we need to bring in all the himalayan states(possibly include Bhutan and Nepal also) to increase production of wool. Special textile parks can be set up where industries involved in woolens can participate.Surely this will generate huge employment.

It is a good move by the government to prepare a booklet containing major initiatives taken during the year in the textile ministry. It would be great help to public to know what the govt. hav done during the year.I think it would be better if all ministries follow this path.
