Tribal are mostly exploited & their mind has been diverted to Naxal. Govt may initiate for their basic education (under RTE), health and providing subsidized food. Accessibility to reach different area is very poor. Govt may try to encourage them by asking to make roads so that they can travel easily and local bus service can be started, subsidy may be given to purchase such items & at the same time locals shall be employed.

The tribal people may be backward but they are endowed with several skills specific to their community. The need of the hour is to identify those skills and encourage them to showcase their skills in front of the world. This may be game changer move for the tribal as well as the nation. It may bring in much needed business and hence foreign exchange apart from tourism promotion.
