LAND/BUILDING OWNERSHIP-
Our State is still in practice of 'Might is Right' in respect to land/buildings.Most people does not want to donate/sacrifice/sell even an inch of their property and try to encroach public property as much as possible. We should keep in mind that whatever development Goverment is doing is for the benefit of our future generation. Therefore, land/building owners should not be adamant/rigid in their stand but also think for the society at large.

OPINION ON SMART CITY FOR KOHIMA
ROADS-
One of the foremost problem we are facing in Kohima today is the Traffic Jams. This is mainly due to rapid growth in number of vehicles and narrow, congested and few number of roads. To ease this problem I would suggest the following strategies:
(a) Divert vehicles coming from Manipur and bound to Manipur through by-pass road outside the city.
(b) Try to construct some fly-overs at important junctions where the land/soil is stable.

*Identify those sectors in which services need improvement and create avenues for employment to the masses through the services sector which would cater to the needs of the citizens.
*Removing the public toilet system in the heart of the town which has little or no maintenance and generates foul smell. Introduce Bio-toilets / composting toilets.
