To have a liveable Smart City Plan for Kohima, every Stakeholder and Citizen of Kohima is now invited to contribute valuable ideas towards the building of Kohima Smart City. Our Smart City Proposal is to compete with the rest of the 100 cities of the nation to be developed under the Smart City Mission. In this second phase of Inter-State Competitions, let us jointly contribute and triumph together to live a decent life in harmony.

Your valuable suggestions can bring significant transformation to your city and improve the life of citizens.

KOHIMA city has some of the best schools and colleges of the north east india and the nursing homes and hospital cares provided by kohima city is worth mentioning; The city development plan ,master plan , sanitary plan and mobility plan is fast improving and the GIS centre located in kohima city provides all necessary datas and mappings for the smart city plan for kohima.

kohima is an ideal city to develop into one of the smartest city in the country with its richcultural heritage, eco tourism potential ,music industry and high potential for IT hub with 90%popuplation of the city that writes and speaks fluent english.The rich horticulture farming can lead to potential fruit processing industries in the city ;also not forgetting the wonderful climate of the city POPULARLY known as the scotland of the EAST

• Is it not a fact money-making is encouraged in programs like NEERU-CHETTU MISSION only to help ruling party members in AP? • How do you explain a person violating all rules and regulations is honored with a ministerial office?

• Telugu Desam in AP is your partner. The only State where they wield power – Andhra Pradesh is seething with corruption!. Ordinary people are at the mercy of government. Employees! Ruling party members interfere with the functioning of the bureaucracy day in and day out.

• Is it right to protect corrupt people doing wrongful acts directly or indirectly? • You are unable to make your party members or sympathisers in North especially in Bihar travel in rail paying for their tickets? • Your party spends lavishly on functions. Isn’t it wasteful expenditure? Does it set a good example?.

Presently in each city whether small or big there is shortage of toilets . You some time visit kilometres of any good road ..you unable to find these causing problems. Hope in our smart city KOHIMA.. this is well taken care of. On this platform.. I urge that toilets shortage is a very big problem for each city.. Request to take care of the same.
