Smarter & Better Traffic for Kohima is what I think of now as an urgent matter to look into. Few things I always think upon, when I look at the current traffic issues, hence I have put down some of my thoughts in a pdf documents and hopefully you may find insights and better ideas to move forward.

-The smartness of the city must begin at least 30 kms away from the main town of Kohima in all directions. Good roads must start from there & National Highway should definitely bypass the town
- The ideas that will be implemented in Kohima smart city should be feasible to be replicated in other smaller towns of Nagaland.e.g. Kiosks that provide citizen services should be placed at strategic locations of the city so that citizens may communicate with the government as well as amongst themselves.
