15.Only after the city is quite sanitized can we dream of constructing new buildings, children's parks etc.The space required to build such projects is very limited. We therefore must learn to see the potential in the areas which, with the right steps, can be converted from a dump to a favourite public spot. 16.Lastly, lie detectors should be fitted into the microphones of politicians or ministers whenever they give speeches or make promises.

5. With the additional space thus created, more insight should be placed on what the particular area lacks. If for example, it lacks public toilets, then a public toilet should be constructed in place of the unused building. 6. To ensure continuous electric supply, meter boxes should have higher security so that people cannot tamper with it. If evidences of tampering are found, the violater must be fined a double amount.

1. Involve all citizens foremost. Teamwork is mandatory and efforts should firstly be made to interact with the locals. 2. Start working on it step by step. Observe a day each week where all citizens should clean their surroundings under the supervision of trusted officials. 3. Joint efforts should be made to clean the public spots which no particular person owns such as garbage dumps. 4. Unused buildings constructed at inconvenient places should be destroyed.
