Another thing that disturbs me was the bunch of vehicles that were demolishing under police custody near police station simultaneously behind other department also. I don’t know on what purpose they were bought to their custody, It came to my notice that only a few person / owner stood front to claim that else it got rusted and get damaged / ruined staying without claim behind our police stations, which were a great wastage of money and no-one is benefited by that neither the individ

account else it will belong to that officer / Gov. person who actually caught the person ( culprit ) to do that. And if we ask such then the officer / Gov. Person will take personal interest at that, which can help us a lot and much faster. Also there is a proverb that key toys doesn’t jump for claps, so let us jump by keys.

Firstly, we have to bide / make a penalty / Fines chart such as :- • Rs. …... for spiting on road except dustbin. • Throwing Garbage anywhere else dustbin will be charged with a sum of Rs. …. • Fines for sanitation without proper places etc. Now , here it comes the interesting twist of my thought that the sum of money , ie; fine / penalty that will be charged were not to be deposited on Government’s account else it will belong to that officer / Gov. person who actually caught the per

I knew you will ask how will it be possible. Sir, I am coming to that only……

A thought that strike my mind: Corruption, yes Sir, corruption which get its deep roots on our society and steadily turning unto an un-healable , uncureable Disease. Sir I heard often, poison cuts poisons. Then why don’t we use corruption for some good purpose so that we can avail some good result which seems too far in another way. Sir, I have an idea whether you like it or not, with your permission.

We have to interlink Gov Data of Central Govt, State Gov and Local Bodies. We can go towards this by making a common ID (PAN / Adhar Card) and should link all data base to these nos. It will help in reducing expenditure tremendously in Gov bodies. Common public get frustrated with the work and demand of different documents. Once the PAN Card / Aadhar provided all details should be taken by gov officer from it. It will help in increasing output, better services, tracking and clean offices.

Direct Tax payers always have a concern that they don't see direct benefit of Income tax paid by them. One simple solution to this can be as follows : 1. collect taxpayers residential pin code while filing tax returns . 2. Publish income tax paid by area identified by Pin code . 3. Give 5 % of that amount to local panchayat or municipal ward to spend on meeting the urgent needs like road repairs/parks . 4.This will bring in more satisfaction among tax payers toward my government for me .
