Itanagar, situated at the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas, has been the Capital of India's largest North Eastern state, Arunachal Pradesh since 20th April 1974. It comes administratively under Papum Pare district. There are a number of mixed tribes residing in the city but Nyishi or Nyishings are the major tribe in Itanagar area. However, because of its cosmopolitan culture, Itanagar can be called as Mini India. As a capital town, Itanagar is connected with the rest of the country by road and air communications. Pawan Hans provides Helicopter service between Guwahati and Naharlagun (Itanagar). Regular buses/taxis are available from Guwahati.

Ita Fort which reflects the history of Ahom kingdom, dates back to the 14th century. Itanagar has been identified with Mayapur, the capital of the 11th century AD JItri dynasty. Tourist attractions include legendary Ganga Lake (Gyakar Sinyi) which is 6 kms away from Itanagar, a green forest lake surrounded by primeval vegetation, orchids masses on tall trees, tree ferns provides a small taste of the magnificent forests of the state. Dear sir, If we use protinous carry bag instead of polythene that can use after as food supplement this can make the city dry garbage free including above if we use banana plantation in front of our house/shop or any other spaces drain we may free from wet garbage because this tree is capable to consume more than 100 liter water per day and thus drainage water may be consumed by above and city became wet garbage free with green clean and cool

The vision of my idea is to create a robust ,independent ,self healing wireless network through which we allow users to communicate through video and audio calls and transfer data seamlessly and for free of cost without depending on the internet or any cellular network, and also helps in creating vehicular and sensor networks. The tech we use is WIRELESS MESH NETWORKING combined with SMARTPHONE ADHOC NETWORKING..

Traffic has been major issue for the past 15 years. Fiber optic cables has the efficiency to transmit light in a matter of seconds so these can be installed on the road surface. When the high beam is reflected in the car the light travels and alerts the opponent in a single way road. Moreover adding a solar panel will help to store the energy especially during night time by all the vehicles. A live traffic data can be also captured directly without satellite only by using light during night time

I think today we are struggling with heavy road traffic in all major cities. We all have is a ground parking and in some places semi automatic parking. How about if we can make parking where 6-7 cars can adjust in the total space of 2 cars only. This will not only save the space that government or private sector occupies but will become a landmark also. Companies/Government can make such projects as their revenue model also. These can be made in existing high traffic areas also.

The recycling plastic is big problem of Government. For this I had one suggestion. In order to make smart city road more durable the Government can use the Recycle bottles, plastic material which is in waste form. The plastic can be melted along with Tar and can be used in construction of road this will help to create more durable roads & will extend the life or Roads, even pot holes can be fixed by using mixture of tar & recycle plastic Thus Government can solve the problem of plastic.
