Tribal communities play a vital role in building Viksit Bharat. They conserve forests, biodiversity, and possess valuable traditional knowledge. Their contributions in agriculture, forest produce, and handicrafts support the rural economy. With education and skill training, tribal youth can excel in sectors like IT, sports, and defence. Initiatives like EMRS, Van Dhan Yojana, and TRIFED empower them economically and socially. Culturally, they enrich India’s heritage through art, music, and languages. Tribals living in border and remote areas also support national security. Through the PESA Act, they actively participate in local governance. Addressing challenges like poverty, displacement, and poor health is essential. Inclusive growth, respect for their identity, and equal opportunity will ensure tribals become strong partners in India’s journey to becoming a developed and self-reliant nation.

The tribal arts of combat have unique features developed in the diverse terrains their communities live in, and that can be deadly with modern weapons. The infantry techniques of our Army can be enriched by inclusion of tribal combat maneuvers.

Tribal communities are gems of India. To make their life better than my last month suggestions and this month suggestions are required to be implement. every educational institutions near these communities need to be connected to internet. Second they need to be taught digital skills. atleast basic skills like earning from social media platforms. These can be their secondary passive income source. Every Educational Institutions like schools should have computers as Many Indians still can't afford computers on their own but computer knowledge is a compulsory thing in this modern world. Every Educational Institutes be it small like schools or big like universities in India should have skill development courses for all population including ageing populations in evening sessions. Basic Knowledge should be taught to older people. Mandate their basic development course for all adults so that they can remain updated on modern basic things. Mandate financial education

Tribals will definitely make a great contribution to a developed India. We need more attention in the way we implement programs for them. Efforts are being made to evict them from the forest. The government has not provided adequate income opportunities to those who have already been evicted. When they lived in the forest, their needs were less, they got something for food. But after governments evict hill tribes from protected forest areas, we forget to examine whether their livelihoods are fully available. They are struggling to meet their daily needs. There is a problem in adapting their skills to the modern world. This should be addressed by devising smart plans to generate income for them Projects that encourage them in the fields of food, agriculture and other arts should be implemented. A study should also be conducted once in a specified period to see whether the projects are reaching them properly and are yielding results.

The food and employment rights of the tribals should be protected. The central govt should create a "Central Ministry of Tribal Industries" to protect the traditional industries of the tribals. There, permission should be given to start traditional industries across the country. Many state governments are not giving permission. If you do not feel like setting up a separate ministry, then at least a tribunal should be set up. If the state governments refuse to give permission, then the tribals should file a case and explain their reasons and get permission to run traditional industries.Even traditional tribal industries that are carried out without causing any harm to nature & animals are not being allowed by the state govts. Therefore, the central government should give permission. If tribal industries were banned during the foreign rule, then many state govts are continuing it. This is against the fundamental rights granted by the Constitution. so central govt give permission it.
