Tribals should be involved in projects to make forests green. Herb cultivation, planting of fruit trees, etc. should be encouraged.We should destroy the foreign trees that destroy the water resources of the forests and increase the rain resources of our country by planting our indigenous trees. We should produce and cultivate coffee and tea for our country's needs in the forests.It is enough to cultivate tea and coffee in the hilly areas as per the needs of our country. Leaving only the forest lands for this purpose, the remaining lands should be converted back into forest lands with the help of the tribals. In the places that are converted back into forest lands, herbal farming, natural fruit orchard farming, etc. should be done. Through this, the tribals' right to life and forest lands will be saved. Foreigners should not waste our country's forest lands and water resources for drinking tea and coffee

The Eklavya Model Residential School scheme should be implemented in all states. Many state governments are running government schools and social justice hostels for all community students. The aim of Eklavya Model Residential School is for the welfare of tribals. It is difficult to implement that scheme in developed states. Tribals are less in number and they study more in government public schools. In states where the EMRS cannot be implemented, financial assistance should be provided directly to the tribal students going to schools in the state. "Eklavya Education Incentive" should be provided. In states where the EMRS scheme cannot be implemented, funds should be allocated based on the number of students. Some states are refusing to sign up to EMRS due to political reasons. The central government should not abandon the tribal students of the states for that. Cash benefits should be provided directly to the tribal students of the states

There is a need for clarity in providing political and social justice status to the tribals. Tribals are present in all castes. Many castes are still not included in this list because they are determined by location. Many tribal castes are trapped in the caste systems in the bc and FC categories.It is difficult to include them back in the tribal listMany state language tribal castes have been included as sub-castes in the BC and FC lists. Due to this, they are not getting the benefits they deserve. Therefore, they should be given ST status in BC and FC categories and given priority in providing them with social justice benefits in employment and education. Location alone should definitely not determine tribal status anymore. Culture,ST status should be granted after examining the background of occupation, lifestyle, location, culture, and history. The tribal castes, which are a subdivision of the castes in the BC & FC categories, should be granted ST status in the same categories .

Tribal sovereignty enables environmental self-determination, allowing tribes to protect sacred lands and influence national policy. Tribes also carry the culture, tradition and skill sets which can remain conserved and can propagate to the society when needed. I feel tribals are preserved gene pool and they have the power of regrowing the sustainable population in case of any national tragedy or catastrophe. It is in national interest to safeguard the tribal communities.
