As part of the Government of India’s vision for Viksit Bharat (Developed India) by 2047, the Ministry of Tribal Affairs in collaboration with MyGov invites citizens to actively ...
They are having a huge role in independence
Tribals do not transform easily where as cosmopolitan people mutate every day
Transition of Traditions assured with Tribals, where as now a days abrupt end with cosmopolitan people
Physically challenged tribals are superior to differently abled rural people
Tribal are not ambitious, that makes their life smooth
Tribal leaders never fabricate information
Tribal communities are an integral part of society, known for their close connection with nature, rich cultural heritage, and sustainable lifestyle. They play a vital role in preserving ancient traditions, languages, music, dance, and folklore, which are important parts of a nation's identity. Their deep knowledge of forests, herbs, and traditional farming methods contributes significantly to environmental conservation and health systems, especially in the field of natural and herbal medicine.
Living in harmony with the environment, they promote eco-friendly practices and sustainable use of natural resources. Tribal people are also known for their unique skills in handicrafts, weaving, and traditional art forms such as Warli and Gond paintings, which boost rural economy and cultural tourism.
Dear Sir,
I have been part of a mentorship program where the value of the tribal was well felt and realized. Tribals value their culture and support the right, which is often seen as ignorant, arrogant. Such an incident is a visit to Arunachal Pradesh as part of government assignment. I generally say that – “Isolation to Integration”. Tribal know the value of life than quality of life, they value nature than the productivity of it etc. In such varsities, the problem solving, asset preserving, acquaintances with modern approaches yet they stand unique, the strong cultural roots yet easy go with rest culture are some best practices to highlight here.
Tribal practices including health and socio-cultural must been kept as part of the modern asset of Bharat which will pave the way to Viksit Bharat objectives fulfilment in an easy way.
