To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

This report has now been placed in the public domain until August 15, 2023.

Whatever we learn and do through education, we are abided to accept that all matters for peaceful coexistence with ourselves and world society. Ranking is to meet standards in teaching and learning, coexistence with coordination. Attaining all above needs knowing our scope and limits and therefore what we can do with Easyness, indiividually and insitutionally. Clearness in students' and institutions' scope and limits will make all work in constant pace withOUT Competition. After this the process will be improvised, step by step. India will attain everything with Dignity and Respect.

Respected Sir/Madam-For assessment and Accreditation Process-I have many highly useful suggestions-I got NAAC inspection of my college , GDC RS PURA -by working day and night -only in 7 months after my posting as In-Charge Principal of that College…”Just like NAAC -we can introduce SAAC-means state level ,which can monitor every year -automatically all colleges and Universities shall be prepared accordingly and no spl preparation for NAAC is required.—it ll increase the assessment, equity, equality, accountability and in return , we shall be getting much higher placement’s especially related to skill and as per NEP….For any problem, there is a solution and I ll feel highly glad to share my views and contributions if GOI permits me.

Indian authors books should be kept as reference books for higher education. Even most of the Indian authors copy and paste the contents of some foreign books. definitely this should be addressed
