Simple thing every thing that is created or generated comes with expiry date so keep grains only time we can store and after that distribute it in civil supplies and poorest of the poor. So, no Indian dies of starvation.

1.Farmers should be issued smart cards which are linked to jan dhan bank accounts.
2. There should be no middlemen I.e Fci representatives should meet them directly or set up mini or mobile centers for maximum coverage.
3. Money should be deposited in their accounts directly as soon as they sell their produce at the FCI godown.
4. Regular awareness campaigns should be conducted to educate them.
5. Latest techniques and information should be provided to them by sms service regularly.

t Our Train average running speed is around 50 KMPL, If we plant horizontal wind turbine on coach, It will be help to reduce Diesel & Electric consumption, We can use this extra power to make AC general coach, Other thing we can transfer this power to any grid to finish electric shortage, 11000 train daily run in india, If we success to generate 50 KW Electricity in a day from each train then 11000 x 50 KW = 550000 KW in a day, Then in a month 550000 x 30 = 16500000 KW, Huge electricity think,

social audit by the local people can reduce scams. people should be trained to do social audit. and all the data including food storage, procurement and allocation must be uploaded on the web. so people can easily compare what the govt allocate and what they get

Sir,
The application fee of engineering psu's should be decreased so that a student from normal background will not feel burden in filling up the form.
As it should be reduced to some normal amount upto Rs.200 for general candidates and SC,ST must be exempted from paying the fee.
