I believe that it is the responsibility of the government to protect women, but we should see whether we are fulfilling our responsibility completely.
If we are not respectful towards women, then the government will not need protection for women.

I am Pursuing Ph.D. and the topic of my research is "Custodial Atrocities against Women and their Human Rights: A
critical study with special reference to State of U.P." . I find these suggestions relevant to the government of India for the Elimination of Violence against the women and this elimination of violence against women must also include the paradigm of Jails.

hi
As eliminating violence against women .. firstly we should change our thoughts regarding women. Her respect is the most valuable thing for her . To eliminate violence against women i would suggest ideas like to encourage women to speak about her problems . to encouraging women police on the streets to handle cases in night will empowered each and every women to walk on streets in night without any hesitation . 😇😇
