The Group of Twenty (G20) is the premier forum for international economic cooperation. It plays an important role in shaping and strengthening global architecture and governance on all major international economic issues.

India has Presidency of G20 from 01st December, 2022 to 30th November, 2023. During this period, India will host over 200 meetings in over 50 cities across 32 different workstreams, and would have the opportunity to offer G20 delegates and guests a glimpse of India’s rich cultural heritage and provide them with a unique Indian experience.

The Digital Economy Working Group (DEWG) of G20, established in 2021, offers inspiration and broad guidance to policy makers on harnessing the digital potential of economies. The Working Group aims at digital transformation to enhance public participation and realize inclusive social and economic growth.

The First Meeting of Digital Economy Working Group (DEWG) of G20 will be held in Lucknow (13th to 15th February, 2023). In the DEWG meeting, deliberation will be on three priority issues
(i). Digital Public Infrastructure,
(ii). Cybersecurity in the Digital Economy and
(iii). Digital Skilling,

These are guided by our G20 theme “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” – One Earth One Family One Future. The priority issues will be discussed in closed group meeting with the G20 members.

People from all walks of life, including students, youth, women, private sector, academia and civil society are invited to give valuable suggestions, inputs, opinions and views as to how they will like to associate people in general as a part of the G20 DEWG Meeting.

Swachh Lucknow (Clean): Sanitation emerged as another prime concern. Open Defecation, Solid Waste Management, Poor Sanitation, Pollution, Unorganized and inaccessible open spaces emerged as major concern in making Lucknow Smart City. As initiatives are under progress to address these concerns by city Wide Administrations, Smart Interventions on these lies under Smart City in Area Based Development & Pan City Development would help facilitate sustainable Green Solutions. The impact of proposed initiative would result in providing a Safe, Green and Vibrant city level recreational space.

Sugam Lucknow (Mobility): Traffic and transportation has emerged as the major concern, hence resulting as our main theme for city wide intervention. Smart solutions will be implemented in the city in sync to Area Based Development & Pan City Development Programs. Smart Mobility Solutions (smart bus shelters, smart parking solutions etc.) related to the concerns identified would focus on providing better movement of traffic, encouraging walkability and cyclablity for commuters ease.

The approach towards making Lucknow a Smart City involves improving resource management by adding connectivity and intelligence within existing infrastructure. All of ours citywide solutions are envisioned to develop clean, green & efficient Lucknow as a citizen centric city with modern economy & outlook anchored in its traditional heritage & culture with a great quality of life. The strategic focus and blueprint for Lucknow Smart City will comprise interventions in four focal points namely: Jeevant Lucknow (Liveable): The stress on physical and social infrastructure emerged as one of the threats & it gets strengthened even more. Now it has becomes necessary to provide the city with basic infrastructure to meet the demand and supply gap in a proactive approach. A holistic transformation across infrastructure delivery will be carried out in a phased manner to provide better quality of life.

Lucknow has been selected as one of the Smart Cities under Urban Ministry 100 Smart City Mission. The 100 Smart City Mission was launched by Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi ji on June 21, 2015. The Municipal Corporation has prepared the Smart City Proposal that will provide smart solutions to the urban infrastructure issues.

Good morning sir, We can avoid rush in Railway counters for electric train passengers..We can place a QR code in3 or 4 places in railway station..But that QR code should be placed with signature of appropriate authority signature and in a framed manner.Public should scan,enter the details and pay it online banking/G pay..There should be a time limitation between booking of ticket and boarding time..Pdf of tickets can be shown to railway authorities..

Extend Interpol services HQ of France to all metropolitan cities in India.. SO that the entire World knows: when how why & what all about and between any Protest or Riot or internal hatched Conspiracy.. Rather than allowing free Press to spin their own opinions as News. The regular investigative Police superiority should be able to Outsource to reaches of Globe as Promotion for every efficient personnel & returned. There must be a Global university.. That which pays for every research through its common aggregation of combined monthly or annual contribution based on GDP from every Nation possible. Each and every Research in this Varsity will involve floating for qualifications of preferred expertise who can apply and become a part of their interested research in respective domain field. This way there is no secret that is encouraged and NO particular Nation can ever lay claim over any study or theory of any scientific Discovery propounded there from. Namaskar! The scale of digital infrastructure is today talk of the world. At time of flux and uncertainties every domain is being weaponized by self custodians. In the time of interpenetration and dependence across countries, trust and transparency are key factors. Being more digital society, at times of stress, we will be more vulnerable vis a vis our data harvesting. A deeper engagement on "Tech enabled Digitally SECURE Public infrastructure" that can not be weaponized is important. PRIVACY must be the agenda with innovation to kick start the global growth with India's digital model. Economic Startegic Autonomy will reshape the new world order that will be driven by India's model of Digitalisation. If DATA is new OIL. Higher we get economically, more our stakes in global digital infrastructure, LARGER WILL BE THE INDIA's RELEVANCE GLOBALLY as a stable, vibrant, secure transparent, competitive, economic Startegic power but at the same time "A COLLABORATIVE NATION". JAI HIND.
