India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA) Framework along with its Adoption Guide were developed and released in December, 2018. The vision of IndEA is “to establish best-in-class architectural governance, processes and practices with optimal utilization of ICT infrastructure and applications to offer ONE Government experience to the citizens and businesses”.

During implementation of IndEA as well as in the light of advancement of technology, a need was felt to revise the IndEA document and accordingly, after multiple rounds of meetings and detailed deliberations, draft InDEA 2.0 document has been formulated (report given below). India Digital Ecosystem Architecture (InDEA) 2.0 harmonizes and builds upon the architectural frameworks developed during the last few years. While codifying their principles, it provides a pragmatic approach to realize the concept of open digital ecosystems in an integrated and collaborative manner. It recommends a value-driven approach, a focus on capability building and above all, a preference to ‘enabling’ rather than ‘building’. It is an evolving and dynamic framework with continuous improvement as its mantra. The InDEA 2.0 framework enables establishing such a right balance in all the ongoing architectural initiatives and accelerates the realization of the vision of Digital India.

In the light of the above facts, it is requested to kindly review the document and provide your valuable comments/feedback on the draft InDEA 2.0 document latest by February 27, 2022

Working group of the committee has many eminent personalities. It is good that representatives from IIT and IBM are also included. It would have been better to include few members from some large service providers responsible for delivering benefits to users under various government policies. These may be from banks like SBI, PNB, HDFC, organisations like Department of Post, EPFO, ESI, LIC, GIC, GSTN, Income Tax, NSE etc. If considered appropriate representatives from mobile service providers like Jio and Airtel may also be included. All these may look in the proposed InDEA 2.0 framework and their views may also be included so that how they make best use of the framework and what is going to be their role in making it a successful venture. These organisations are the interface between any backend digital architecture and general users. At the end user public shall get the benefits of Digital India.

Our buildings are neither fire prone nor an earthquake conductor majority of urbanisation have been taking place without proper plan and even by encroaching natural elements like water bodies, mountain and the bank of rivers. The major problems emerged out as the scarcity of water and cleanliness of drainage system due to negligence in compiling with the master plan already laid down for each notified areas. Before digitisation,, the architectural process government must take note of the problems being faced due to the illegalities. secondly, the planner committee must make it mandatory for all existing buildings that all must be equipped with fire fighting measures and safety provisions of the earthquake. The permission of high scrappers could only be possible when an uninterrupted sewerage system along with

For digital eco system we have to do - (1) Make a recreate digital component park where such component which comes once as disposal recreate them. (2) Spread the awareness for such using and less the e - garbage by spreading the knowledge of harmness of it by giving a camp every month in schools, universities and also digitally spread the knowledge as make a cartoon for children and show their harmful effect of e garbage as flying jaat movie (3) The govt should make a decomposition and recreation lesson in science books from 6th to 12th class of every trade .(4) Make more rock garden and now its from e waste which can't recreate (5) Govt should make a special department under the telecommunication department and ISRO for the decomposition of it as the chip which can't dispose should collect at large and then the whole world should contribute jointly for the recreation of it and I request those countries who have technology of it spread it (6) The UNO also take a meeting with Tesla, etc

One of the major challenges to this initiative is lack of internet penetration as well as digital literacy among rural population as well as low income population. People who don't have access will have trust deficit with the online systems. So first govt should speed up the implementation of PM-WIFI program & provide subsidy to low income population for getting Smart Phones. Public representatives starting from the ward level as well as ASHA workers should be adequately trained to handle digital services through various workshops & accredited training programs. They should be incentivised with a little raise in salary for completing the training & they should be able to impart the acquired knowledge to the desired population.
