India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA) Framework along with its Adoption Guide were developed and released in December, 2018. The vision of IndEA is “to establish best-in-class architectural governance, processes and practices with optimal utilization of ICT infrastructure and applications to offer ONE Government experience to the citizens and businesses”.

During implementation of IndEA as well as in the light of advancement of technology, a need was felt to revise the IndEA document and accordingly, after multiple rounds of meetings and detailed deliberations, draft InDEA 2.0 document has been formulated (report given below). India Digital Ecosystem Architecture (InDEA) 2.0 harmonizes and builds upon the architectural frameworks developed during the last few years. While codifying their principles, it provides a pragmatic approach to realize the concept of open digital ecosystems in an integrated and collaborative manner. It recommends a value-driven approach, a focus on capability building and above all, a preference to ‘enabling’ rather than ‘building’. It is an evolving and dynamic framework with continuous improvement as its mantra. The InDEA 2.0 framework enables establishing such a right balance in all the ongoing architectural initiatives and accelerates the realization of the vision of Digital India.

In the light of the above facts, it is requested to kindly review the document and provide your valuable comments/feedback on the draft InDEA 2.0 document latest by February 27, 2022

Dear Prime minister thank you for ecosystem development.India as to develop but it's not mean it damages environment by development so i here by request you some points to protect eco system. 1.Air pollution-many industry, vehicles etc..cause poisionious air,so don't allow more industry or vehicle, instead do rules 1 vehicle per home&stop plastic production company because we can stop using when there's no production otherwise it's not possible.we lived before without plastic next also we can live.so do this immediately, straggle comes but its more better than note ban. don't stop old vehicles immediately instead check it's polluting or not if it is in not damaging environment continue,if you ban old vehicle many family will struggle, give options to convert to CNG, or electric.support to buses and do railways in all village instead supporting battery vechles.because even before I think it's good but it also more poisonous after year,so it's better to stop and make good road like we can

Problem: Poor performance of biometric machines available at ration stores, Description: I live in Nashik, Maharashtra, recently when I visited ration store in my area to collect my monthly rations, I have to wait for 2 hours to get my ration where only 20 to 25 people were ahead me in queue because biometric machine available at store was functioning very slow and after two three attempts it was recognising thumb prints and after talking with the store manager I get to know that they face this issue on daily basis, Possible solution: we have everyone’s ration card linked to Aadhar card and on Aadhar we have OTP based verification system which is very sound and perfect, by using it we can replace biometric system with OTP verification system for ration distribution this will remove time taken for completing biometric verification and will prove a very fast and authentic process of verification, Future scope: Going forward this system can be included instandaloneappforrationdistribution

With the upgradation of cities to smart cities a network of technology connecting infrastructure with ICT enabled technology came into existence, but as these connecting technology has made governance easy and more convenient at the same time it has created digital divide between rich and poor, in order to make such initiatives more successful, technology literacy or make such technologies so easy that even a child can operate it without assistance, then only such initiatives will be more successful and it's benefit reaching towards wider population.

1. Create real time governance at fistrict level so that by connceting all districts automatically at central level they can have access to real time information of every distirct. 2. Create portal and implementing authority of common problems which are faced by every year and generally taken to mp, mla ,administration e.g. trenching of river, gutters so that role of politicians is limited to policy making so that only creative people enter in politics. 3. Complaint and problem oriented portals and apps need to be made because all the apps of goverment are mostly service oriented .

Hello All , Data Protection & Data Privacy right should be enforced to protect sensitive data of an individual as well as an organization or of any entity. This would be the best step to move forward with forming digital ecosystem.

india is a developing country.it needs more technologies to be an developed country but before technology it must have to provide quality education.yes our country is lacking on the basis of education which is like in government schools and colleges portions are not up to the date, their books are not updated till now.many technologies came many schemes introduced but till now no updates in their syllabus.nowadays many students are lacking due to this. it is an 5th generation india but still now students of govt colleges and schools are in the level of 1st generation only.their syllabus and patterns must be up to date.then only india can achieve a great heights. next, how much generations and technologies increasing that safety also be ensured in online and all over internet because more cybercrimes are increasing nowadays.so using firewalls and antivirus software will protect our system and make it more effective so that everyone can be safe. and no one's data will be hacked.
