India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA) Framework along with its Adoption Guide were developed and released in December, 2018. The vision of IndEA is “to establish best-in-class architectural governance, processes and practices with optimal utilization of ICT infrastructure and applications to offer ONE Government experience to the citizens and businesses”.

During implementation of IndEA as well as in the light of advancement of technology, a need was felt to revise the IndEA document and accordingly, after multiple rounds of meetings and detailed deliberations, draft InDEA 2.0 document has been formulated (report given below). India Digital Ecosystem Architecture (InDEA) 2.0 harmonizes and builds upon the architectural frameworks developed during the last few years. While codifying their principles, it provides a pragmatic approach to realize the concept of open digital ecosystems in an integrated and collaborative manner. It recommends a value-driven approach, a focus on capability building and above all, a preference to ‘enabling’ rather than ‘building’. It is an evolving and dynamic framework with continuous improvement as its mantra. The InDEA 2.0 framework enables establishing such a right balance in all the ongoing architectural initiatives and accelerates the realization of the vision of Digital India.

In the light of the above facts, it is requested to kindly review the document and provide your valuable comments/feedback on the draft InDEA 2.0 document latest by February 27, 2022

hello Modiji, There are not any major International sports stadiums in Southern part of India. Setting up sports arena encourage people to participate in sports, residing near to it. So kindly give some preferences to construct such Indoor or outdoor high-tech stadiums in south specifically in Mangalore where transportation facilities are already available. Sir, please make note of this.

Dear Modiji, Many thanks for providing the ideation platform for all of us. It really encourages us to participate in our government functioning.Heartening to see that the current budget mentions about our Government having an intent of working on Digital Currency idea. We are 130 crore population country with one of the highest young population. If we have to utilise our population into real potential force and increase our global prowess rapidly. then in that context, I would like to propose an idea. Can we think of creating block chain based crypto currency based on our human skill / capital? Considering our skilled workforce and depleting workforce across the globe scenario, there is a huge demand for our skilled people. I am sure if we have it converted to a crypto currency then it would improve value of our people’s efforts manifold. We can envisage this currency becoming a true global currency and giving us a dominant position in world trade. Thank you, yours sincere, omkar

Sir, it is great to initiate digital currency. I am not a learned block chain fellow. Still, why not attach every digital data (aadhaar, immovable property, etc) to it as non disposable property such that, they only contribute to the value of the currency. Also, the initial spurt of its value may be appropriated to pump prime the developments.

We must identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for all the department functions to measure and monitor their performance. We should make it as a practice to discuss leading and lagging factors of performance every 6 months with the department heads and concerned ministers.
