Over 14 Lakhs students are passing out every year in Technical Education in India (AICTE Report) and less than 10% of these graduates are employed in the top 10 IT / ITES and ER&D companies. About 60% of them are underemployed (or unemployed) due to lack of required skills. Institutions are claiming that they have good placements as their marketing point but the industry is struggling to get the right talents.
It is not the fault of young aspiring engineers but the lack of clarity and priority on this subject. Are we losing opportunities of our strength of younger population to other outsourced countries?
Like "Revival of Rivers" and Save the Soil" initiatives to protect nature's ecosystem, we should initiate national wide "Revival of Engineers" to create an ecosystem of sustained skills for the world.

My idea is to accumulate and link the major areas of facility like some government centers, ration shops of government with aadhar card and a unique number so that they can't make any fraud activities because of a proper indentification.
example :
a rich person who have all types of luxuries is taking food materials at very low rates any one can ask why?
if the officer have proper information about such people than he will surely deny him to purchase anything from that shop and this will automatically help the public lying below poverty line can access such items easily.
