India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA) Framework along with its Adoption Guide were developed and released in December, 2018. The vision of IndEA is “to establish best-in-class architectural governance, processes and practices with optimal utilization of ICT infrastructure and applications to offer ONE Government experience to the citizens and businesses”.

During implementation of IndEA as well as in the light of advancement of technology, a need was felt to revise the IndEA document and accordingly, after multiple rounds of meetings and detailed deliberations, draft InDEA 2.0 document has been formulated (report given below). India Digital Ecosystem Architecture (InDEA) 2.0 harmonizes and builds upon the architectural frameworks developed during the last few years. While codifying their principles, it provides a pragmatic approach to realize the concept of open digital ecosystems in an integrated and collaborative manner. It recommends a value-driven approach, a focus on capability building and above all, a preference to ‘enabling’ rather than ‘building’. It is an evolving and dynamic framework with continuous improvement as its mantra. The InDEA 2.0 framework enables establishing such a right balance in all the ongoing architectural initiatives and accelerates the realization of the vision of Digital India.

In the light of the above facts, it is requested to kindly review the document and provide your valuable comments/feedback on the draft InDEA 2.0 document latest by February 27, 2022

Digital India connects people from urban to village. On digitalization, good transparency between people and the Gov. e governing also a good signal for corruption free Government. Accordingly digitilized, many apps for farmers very useful. Thus digital India is now a bridge which connects India.

Respected sir, Digital way is the best for everything.we know that our country is growing in this way. I think Indian government and new creator should constraint on making new and best apps for best facilities in business, study, agriculture sectors speacialy they constraint on current needs . They also check current situations and needs and make best apps thus help people solve thier daily life problems and I think in educational apps should add the discussion and counselling option thus helps students share their problems.

It is a challenging task, appreciate government initiatives. It is challenging because many states had already designed some digital platforms. We should have initiated much before the state governments were acted. Now we should prove the proposed system benefits to all and convince. We should develop SOP's describing aim, objective, scope, legal & other requirements, QHSSE risks, responsibility, definitions, procedure, and records. Should conduct training on SOP's and finally explain how records are simplified in digital platform. If things don't work we must treat it as national emergency (wherever risk level is High) and should deploy central teams to implement in all problematic state's departments. We should prioritise the implementation part with respect to risk. One nation one digital platform for banks comes first??? Yes, closure of reactive measure comes first. Many scam incidents related to banks affected country's reputation, fall of ₹ Indian currency, inflation etc.
