It's good initiative by Govt to understand the actual problems. Govt should think about gender neutral laws so that feminist shouldn't take benefits.

Performance Metrics on all staff could increase efficiency in clearing cases, case loads reduced with full transparency.
Ability to get reviews on errors or omissions by peer reviews of judgements should be introduced, reducing appeasl to the High/Supreme Court. Cross examinations with respect to allegations made in a petition should be introduced, this will reduce or eliminate false cases.
Reduction of paper submissions will save time, storage, space and increase efficiency.

1. Filing of case through e court portal
2. Petition, attendance
3. Cause list through portal
4. Getting certified copy of judgement through portal.
5. CC camera should be installed in each court . Monetary transaction is being happening to get court date in lower courts . It should be stopped. The process should be automated to get a new court dates . Manual intervention should be avoid here .
