Direct recruitment for post under Group C or Group D for single sport participation with essential education and desirable experience available but with multi sports no direct recruitment post available.
So I request responsible authorities to take into consideration direct recruitment posts under Group A or Group B allotted to multi- sports with essential education and desirable experience.
A life long meritorious pension scheme should be for adequate and appropriate monthly remunerations revised each minute.
Direct recruitment for Group A or Group B of 7th CPC & above in the State and/or Central Government for permanent service as per candidate capacity and candidature.

Today's youth want only to be in a comfort zone for enjoying life without any responsibility or work. Real education is not happening to the children in the academic institutions. Institutions are keen to popularize the brand name spending crores on marketing the brand. So far we could not motivate children to write exams without copying or without invigilator (Police). This is not the quality of youth that we want to help the country to grow. With this kind of education we only breed criminals and politicians. Without any ethics and morals this kind of education is a waste of resources and time. We have waited enough after getting independence to change the shape of the country. We might have improved technologically but went down in morals and values. With criminals like Jagan the CM of Andhra ruling the state with a criminal and corrupt background how can we expect our children to grow with values. We need to change such culture and you are the only hope.

Setting up a Successful Individual and/or Organisation Behaviour
Since any organisation essentially formed out of group of individuals coming together to deliver on some common goals measured by means of quantity & qualitative metrics. And those individuals coming together have own behaviour pattern also. How to align their individual behaviour pattern towards the growth of quantity & qualitative requirements of Individual and/or Organisation in a simple way is a key to success of any Organisation. How to achieve that easily and in a short time. To know more about this.
