National Professional Standards for Teachers Should be at par with Bharat centric Structural Pattern of Education. The Holistic development of Education and Teachers Should be accorded with the Cultural Orientation with top most Priority to Nationalistic Mindset . The stages of Classification of Teachers according to Service Duration is Commendable. The Draft should stress more on the Bharat Centric prospects of Teachers' Development. Professional Standard should be in tune with Nationalism.

The Present Draft for NPST of NEP 2020 is undoubtedly a step forward towards Structural Development of Teachers. The Classification of Stages depending on years of Service is Commendable. The Concept of fostering Indian Culture Should be part of a Teacher's Approach. Professional Standards Should include the Elements of Bharat Centric Culture & Tradition. Pan Indian Approach of Regional and National Culture should be the bench mark for Professional Standards for Teachers of Bharatvatsh.

In cont.. to my comments
Still i remember my teachers quotation " men may come and men may go, but I go on for ever" . This is true quotation and can apply for all.
Politicians can come and go , but politics will be there.
Economy fluctuations may come and go, but economy fruits will be there
Hurdles may come and go , but prosparity will follows
Sarrow may came and go, but happiness will follows.
Golden words from teachers should remember for ever . They are motivators

1. A significant limitation of this draft is seen as the lack of peer-to-peer interaction and the lack of informal communication between senior teachers and beginner teachers. This would build a rigid and hierarchical structure that may not be conducive to the on the job learning process of teachers.
2. While the draft describes teachers' roles and career graphs in detail, it does not say much about how the schools will adopt it.
3. lack of self assessment techniques for beginner teachers.

If I were a teacher I would give my students not only knowledge of books but also knowledge of life and also to learn how to handle any problem in life. At present teachers only impart knowledge of books due to which students cannot face the problems that come in their life and if they get lost in life then in order to prevent this from happening then students should also be given knowledge of how to live in the world.
