My humble suggestions :
1. Teachers who are teaching foundation classes such as LKG to 5th..they should make the topics more example oriented and should teach more in native language of the region and should inject English time to time in smaller amount to enable kids to understand the concepts and teachings in English plus the native language
2. More Exposure with experienced professionals should allowed while schooling.. for understanding concepts in broader sense.
3. Encourage Questioning

Cont-- This is true and there is no doubt in it It is a well-known fact that the Teachers make all the other professions possible. But unfortunately, the teaching professionals have been facing grave career-related challenges at multiple levels. On the
career-growth front, teachers generally stay in the same position for 10 to 20 years, which is a very long period compared to other careers. In addition, there is a lack of mentorship and knowledge sharing between other departments cont--

Sir, one cannot give much than that of in its own basket. Hence, theoretical & practical knowledge of teachers, in context of the activities given in the text books, must be accessed by an expert committee. The marks obtained in degree courses reflecting in the marks-sheet must be cross checked with the actual knowledge of the teachers. In addition to the closed chamber system of teaching, there is need to be introduced 'Gurukul' system of study running in open ground, without pen and paper.
