The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Suggestions 1. Tax waiver and subsidies in sectors where India is import dependent. 2. FDI limit extension ( with need of GOI approval for more than 10% to constraint China) in these sector. 3 A.I, E.V, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND Renewable energy are the primary sectors which will see a boom in future. GOI with FICCI must design projects jointly to make india a key player. 4.more Programs like Shark tank india be promoted 5. Export oriented awareness programs be run. 6. We need to develop market specific export ( and production) policy. At present we have a generalized policy.

MSMEs related to the traditional manufacturing and service industry should also be registered. Many Indian traditional industries are not allowed in many states. So those industries could not grow. There are traditional industries that generate revenue for the central government. All types of msme must be approved by the Central Government.Indian Traditional Industries The Central Government should ensure market access for products made in Indian traditional technologies.Although traditional industries are not permitted by some state governments, the Central MSME Council should approve the production.Issue separate certificates for products marketed in Indian traditional measurements. The bank has to provide loans.A centralized food quality testing center should be operational 24 hours a day at the district level to assist in food production related businesses. It will be helpful to inspect the products of msme companies that make value added products made with easily perishable materials.

The permission of the Central Government is sufficient to start the business. State government permission is unnecessary. State governments impose restrictions on many industries. Bribery and corruption are rampant in state governments. So the platform of the central government should be the final platform. It is enough if the tribunals are set up at the district, zonal and national levels. The state government is the abode of bribery. So there is no need to emphasize its role. If there is a problem with granting permission to start a business, the Central Tribunal should grant permission. In covid 19 the world is in a precarious situation to avoid closing companies, even if the government support to start new companies. Both include other things. Public sector companies should work with MSME companies. Public sector companies should be made the destination of msmes. Efforts should be made to run public sector companies in collaboration with several msme companies.

Hi! It's good to see that the Govt has set up digital platform where anyone can apply for loan after providing all the required details. But I have observed that interest rate is high and risk of successful running of any business is unpredictable. In case your business collapses due to any wrong reason then their is no way to get rid of borrowed loans. Ultimately the borrower had to declare himself as a bankrupt. Indian Telecom sector is a great example of backfired industrialists. But luck is not always bad so one should ask for loans directly from the concerned Govt website without any communication with fake financial agents. The Govt provide loans directly from banks to the applicants' bank account without any intervention but after verification with customer assistance services. If one is able to run his desired business and wishes to deposit the borrowed amount in flexible time limits then he must visit the Govt website. Loans are the source of employment. Thank you!
