Production of Electricity depends upon supply.
So the policy should be changed.

Electricity is Known as Power,
so Electricity Supply is Power Supply.

Pranaam Sirji,
I think electricity is a boon to mankind, hence is should be utilised with utmost care. One way of saving electricity is we make compulsory to every citizens paying tax to install solar plant and utilise its power for household purpose in night and in day they can utilise the government supply power. In villages citizens having big house and agriculture land, govt to install solar power plant and recover the amount in installments without tax.

Our electricity demand is higher then we have and I feel demand will further increase.
So we must find ways to increase the electricity production without importing from others.
Already lot has been done with Solar panel and we should share its benefit with actual data.
2nd we should seriously work on battery technology so that we can store the generated energy for long time with high efficiency and most environment friendly way.
3rd Fuelcell where compressed H2 can generate electricity.

We need to thing about how to control Air pollution , so my suggestion is that we should use electric vichel , so we will be less dependant on petrol and dieseals . 1st made a big Solar power plant in every SDOs area and in every Panchayat Simiti , and distribute the power in every poor citizens' home atleast for 12 hrs/everyday specialy ( sug. 10 am to 10 pm ) in totally free by Using " HARGHAR UJALA MISSION " and also store some power for transportation and emergency purpose .

Honorable members,
If possible we should try to buy excess electricity from:
CIS countries
Russian Federation
ASEAN countries
SAARC countries
So that we can create a revolution in the manufacturing & industrial sectors by providing uninterrupted power supply. Our country needs energy to prosper and building the requisite infrastructure to put it on the grid is crucial to a 10 trillion dollar economy plan of the government of India.
We can work together with all the countries.
