MADAD is an effort of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) to extend a helping hand to Indians abroad requiring consular assistance.

MADAD allows direct registration of the grievances by the members of the public and effective monitoring of the grievance handling process thereafter, until it is redressed.

MADAD incorporates several innovative features such as flexible architecture to handle a variety of grievances, linking of similar grievances on the basis of passport number to avoid duplication, automatic escalation and enhancement of priority, provision for a call centre in the future to handle telephonic queries, and colour-coded dashboards for easy assessment and monitoring.

if govt. really think about on corruption /proper development of country he change first system from village like pradhan, and check how to deliver to right person with right way to people of the village than block then district then state then center . i think many schemes comes from date of freedom from 1947 to till date First allow to new scheme check what havens on schemes and who got the profit by schemes and punished those officer / elected person who involves in the corruption.

Gravience mechanism should be applied at panchayati raj level. By providing (1) Facebook account (2) Watsapp number (3) email address and (4) particular website for every panchayati raj unit. There should be minimum time limit for officials to solve gravience problem. If officials were fail to do so, they should be punished by cut in salary.

My view is about draught .In hilly area where rainy water stars to flow downward through tributries. These tributries should be dugged longitudly in slop maximum 4' deep and 100-200' in length Then a gap of 100' Again dug and so on This water will recharge soil and this process should be repeated every year through MNREGA.Peaple should be allowed to take accumulated water for irrigation through syphen They should also be allowed to take sand from this dugged portion I hope this will help in rech

My second submission for drought is :-Lay down bigger size pvc pipes perpendicular to rivers on both sides.Inlet level should be above danger level of river. The entry of water in pipes should be protected from suspended material. Kisaans should be allowed to take pipe connection and carry water to recharge wells in their fields near their tubwells.The inlet of pipe should have gate to control.There should be provision of lifting water at entry level by solar system , so at time of drought wate

Respected Sir,these days country is facing draught situation.In this connection I want to submit my views 1:-In hilly areas where rainy water starts to flow through tributries.These tributries should be dugged in slop maximum 4' deep and about 100' long. Then again a 100'gap and then again dug and so on as per available site.This is to hinder the speed of water and filling of water in dugged portion. This filled water will recharge soil water If it stand in dugged area this water can be used for

13) દરેક સહકારી એકમોમાં (સહકારી બેંક,સહકારી ડેરી,અનાજ માર્કેટ,સહકારી સગ કે જે સરકારી સહાય મેરવેછે તેવા એકમોમો) માં કર્મચારીઓ ની ભરતી જેતે રાજ્યસરકાર મારફતે (ગૌણ સેવા પસંદગી ધ્વારા) કરવી જેથી ગરીબ અને હોશિયાર લોકોને તક મલે. 14) નોકરી માટે અનામત બરાબર છે પરંતુ નોકરી આપ્યા બાદ સ્થર પસંદગી માટે અનામત ન હોવું જોયે 15) સહકારી ક્ષેત્રોમા ચુંટણી પદ્ધતિ નાબુદ કરી ફક્ત હાજર રાજ્ય સરકારના કોઈ મંત્રીને સહકારી ખાતું આપવું(એસટી બસ ખાતા પદ્ધતિ ધાખલ કરવી).

10) કોર્ટ માં પડતી વર્ગ 3 તેમજ તેનાથી ઉપરના વર્ગ માં પડતી જહેરાત માં કાયદા સ્નાતક નું ધોરણ રાખવું. 11) એક વર્ગ માં વેતન એક સમાન રાખવું જોયે. 12) દરેક કર્મચારી ની હાજરી તથા વેતન કેન્દ્રિય કોણ થી (એકજ જગ્યાયેથી) કરવુ.

7) સરકારી નોકરીમાં યુનિફોર્મ ફરજીયાત કરવો. 8) દરેક સરકારી કચેરી,શાળા,કોલેજ CCTV તેમજ BIYO-METRIK સિસ્ટમ થી સંજ કરવી. 9) વર્ગ 3માં લાગુતમ ધોરણ સ્નાતક રાખવું.
