MADAD is an effort of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) to extend a helping hand to Indians abroad requiring consular assistance.

MADAD allows direct registration of the grievances by the members of the public and effective monitoring of the grievance handling process thereafter, until it is redressed.

MADAD incorporates several innovative features such as flexible architecture to handle a variety of grievances, linking of similar grievances on the basis of passport number to avoid duplication, automatic escalation and enhancement of priority, provision for a call centre in the future to handle telephonic queries, and colour-coded dashboards for easy assessment and monitoring.

The link to the website is http://www.madad.gov.in/AppConsular/welcomeLink

New initiatives like MADAD are being implemented by Ministry of External Affairs to better address consular needs of people through our Missions/Posts abroad. Do you feel these have helped people and led to improved delivery of services? We invite your views/suggestions.

once cement industry is on down trend, but prices used to be in control, with entry of multinational price shoot at height, amount they entered recovered in few price hike,we should not allow more holding control, existing supplier, retailer chain profitability is reduced & verge of close of business.pricing for retailer is more & accumulate diff with them, direct sale rate is less,it is heard some company will exit from India, ministry need to see interest of register retailer money safe.

3) For Big Tax collections take 1% Tax from 20 Taxpayers than 20% Tax from one Taxpayer. 4) So with 1% Tax on gross Receipts, the Taxpayers will work to improve Business R. and D, Social work. So more Employment, make in India, less Farmer Suicide, No Black Money and Peace of mind to the people. 5) Average say on Rs. 30 L Receipt, Pay Rs. 0.3 Lac Tax per year. If Taxpayers = 60 Cr. Tax collection will be 18 L- Cr. So Big Tax Collections...!!!

1)Start-up needs protection from BABUS, Babus Harassing the youth, Traders,Farmers, Voters.. who wants to work. Babus are ruthless as they pay "Protection Money" to......? for Posting/ Promotion/ Permit... Administrations Reform is a Must, 2)Farmers suicide can get reduced, by encouraging them to sell their farm products on Railways to commuter and roads to motorists, also we need more Passenger Train, to help farmers to sell farm products, to nearby Towns.

Better to bring office of Fair Trading activity like in Australia, bring the system from Australia, and Implement in all governmental level, to avoid corruption. All are equal within the system. We are the Indian community here in Australia, adopting Australian System, and we fear Taxation, Immigration and Social security and welfare of the people. Better to adopt Australian Standard and System into India in all the Governmental service, not to give Private Sector. This is my suggestion.

if govt. really think about on corruption /proper development of country he change first system from village like pradhan, and check how to deliver to right person with right way to people of the village than block then district then state then center . i think many schemes comes from date of freedom from 1947 to till date First allow to new scheme check what havens on schemes and who got the profit by schemes and punished those officer / elected person who involves in the corruption.
